If I'm a bus operator along Madison Ave. operating a LTD bus and a passenger who for whatever reason does not notice the sign and asks if it's an express bus, do I say yes or no?

Suppose the person really wants a LTD bus? Suppose the passenger wants an express bus? How do I answer without delaying my bus without having a conversation?

This is why the public better know the difference between a LTD and an express. And the fare!
