How about alternate buses another words some Q53 bus terminate at Elmhurst and some Q52 buses terminate at Woodside. This would gave Q52 passengers access to other bus connections such as to the Q70SBS. I would also like to see all Q52 and Q53 buses travel up 63rd Drive to serve the Rego Park Shopping Center (sears/Bed Bath etc.). These two bus routes could then take Junction Blvd. (stopping near to the Century 21/Costco Shopping Center) then take to 57th Avenue (w/b)/59th Avenue (e/b) back to queens Center in Elmhurst. It would also be a faster bus to subway connection at the 63rd drive Subway Station as less walking would be required. The current Woodhaven Blvd. Slattery Plaza Subway Station has much walking to access the subway platform then at the 63rd Drive Station. |
