Thank you so much for the information. As far as the routing and stops on Beach 59th and Beach 54th Street that was done to serve several apartment complexes. At Beach 54th Street, you have the Ocean Bay Apartments and two smaller NYCHA apartment buildings. At Beach 59th Street you have Arverne View Apartments, Nordeck Co-ops, Waters Edge Condominiums and private homes as well as the easternmost part of Arverne by the Sea (Beach 62nd Street).Furthermore, Beach 59th Street is the only access to the "swimming" beach in that area. Beach 67th Street beach access is for surfing and sun bathing only. |
