First of all, the Interborough passes over Woodhaven. There is no interchange there and only side streets. Logic says that the volumes just north and south of the Interborough should be very similar. Yet you show a large difference. Second, the roadway goes from four lanes to three in each direction at Liberty Avenue/Rockaway Blvd. it seems unusual that the volumes on the narrower portion could be one third higher than on the wider portion. If that were the case, the back ups at that point southbound would be huge and they are not. I really think there is something very wrong with those numbers.
