4. People like me. I'm not a regular. I use the Q70 about once per year. But I do know about SBS, because I live in NYC; but don't happen to know whether the Q70 is an SBS line or not.

I would be somewhat annoyed if I ended up in a situation where I either bought an SBS ticket and then was told by the bus driver that it was invalid or didn't buy an SBS ticket and was told by the bus driver I could get a summons if I boarded the bus.

From the description given of the Q70 situation, I can't tell whether I might end up in either of those categories.
