No. Not according to Stephen Bauman.He stated that in order for them to have the right of way, they would have had to signal their intentions to cross by stepping into the gutter. NO ONE DID THAT. So they forfeited their right of way. And since THEY FORCED ME TO BLOCK THE CROSSWALK BY CROSSING IN FRONT OF ME, it is their own fault why they couldn't cross legally. SO WILL YOU ADMIT NOW THEY WERE WRONG? Or are you going to keep twisting words or ask questions or just insist anyway despite all the facts to the contrary that the pedestrians were still right? Why do I already know it is the latter? It is because there is nothing I coukd say to get you to say anything bad about a pedestrian. So why shoukd I even waste my time with you any more? |
