You are the f'in wall.I am not disputing your last sentence because it is valid. A winter plan can be in effect. The only reason it is still a plan is because IT IS RECURRING. The plan for Woodhaven IS NOT RECURRING which means that once it goes into effect, it is no longer a plan but an existing condition. That was the discussion. An existing condition is not a plan unless the plan is recurring. We were not discussing a recurring plan. So you are the dumb one. I am only dumb for continuing to argue with an idiot. And as far as letters being published in newspapers, when was the last time you were published and where? The first letter I ever wrote to a newspaper was the New York Times and IT WAS PUBLISHED. And just because someone has a letter published whom you do not agree with doesn't automatically make them an idiot. Apparently you feel such us the case. |
