Because it is true. You have got to be the worst planner I have ever had the displeasure of being aware of. Just when I think you couldn't possibly be any dumber, you shoot right past the goal line. It also can be a recurring plan as others pointed out which means it takes effect more than once, but once it takes effect it is no longer considered a "plan".It's like I'm talking to an F'ing wall! I TOLD YOU THAT ONCE THE PLAN TAKES EFFECT IT IS STILL A PLAN! "NYCT WINTER WEATHER PLAN 4 IS IN EFFECT" IS A VALID SENTENCE AND FACTUAL OCCURRENCE. |
