I stated existing conditions refer to the present and a plan refers to the future.I know what you said. There is little difference between a Winter Weather Plan and the Woodhaven Plan. Both exist in the present but take effect in the future. The only difference is that Woodhaven will take effect one time unless it is done in stages while a storm plan is recurrent taking place on more than one occasion.WRONG! Once again, this time with feeling: Winter weather Plan 4 at NYCT doesn't have to be proposed, or even in the future. It can and has been the existing, current plan during winter weather. You are wrong, as we've been telling you. |
