You are not disagreeing with what I stated. I stated existing conditions refer to the present and a plan refers to the future.There is little difference between a Winter Weather Plan and the Woodhaven Plan. Both exist in the present but take effect in the future. The only difference is that Woodhaven will take effect one time unless it is done in stages while a storm plan is recurrent taking place on more than one occasion. |
