Which sounds weak on the surface but makes sense in a way since the latest Gillig contract is up after this year and this order probably will be the end of the LFS's.Since outside the NFTA nobody upstate wants to touch Nova with a 10-foot pole, CDTA is probably biding their time to add capacity since 2019 is the probable earliest they can retire the earliest Gilligs from 2007. |
