Actually when I was hired, the MTA came to me. And they didn't interview anyone else. They even had me write the job description so it would be so restrictive that no one else could apply. So the post when up after I was already working at the job. That's how much they wanted me.When Gunn can me aboard he stopped tgat from occurring by adding a rule forcing them to interview three people for every job application. That still didn't prevent them from first choosing the person, then holding interviews. They just had to hold up the appointment. |
