Your assumption is that the MTA only hires qualified transportation planners.No it's not. Anyhow, upon reflection, I retract my statement that "the fact that the MTA never offered to hire you implies that you are a terrible transportation planner." That makes no sense. They wouldn't make offers to low level planners unless the person applied for the position first. And you didn't even apply for the position. So what I said does not apply. My apologies. |
