The 25 mph speed limit is the MAJOR part of Vision Zero. You can't disagree with that and still call Vision Zero a good plan by saying it isn't "flat-out correct". You can disagree with other parts of Vision Zero and still consider it a good plan. BUT YOU CANNOT TAKE THE MAJOR FEATURE OF IT, and say it is bad, but on the whole it is a good plan. That is what you have done. |
