What I meant when I said FOIL requests don't have to be responded to I meant you have to ask for very specific records. If you are not specific enough, you will get a response that there are no records of the type you requested or they will send you something you don't need. And as I said, they could black out anything they don't want you to see.If you are not specific enough, the response could be that there are 300 or 1,000 pages that fit your description and at 25 cents per page, it could get too expensive so in either case you would have to resubmit your request and have to wait another six months for a response after you resubmit your request. Most likely after a year it would be too late for the data to be of use to you. You have repeatedly stated that you have many friends here who support you when more don't support you than do. |
