Increased crossing volumes at a much safer location is much better than lower crossing volumes at a much more dangerous location. How could you not know that?? Furthermore, you haven't addressed my challenge of your ridiculous assertion (which has already been shot down by R30A, btw) that 5000 people will be inconvienced. |
