Hint: If you pretend that traffic is so bad that a lane cannot be removed from service, it is hard to pretend that traffic is so light it will not delay buses. "I do have B44 traffic counts showing SBS buses bunching but I won't even bother looking for them because you already stated I can't count." Good! You are learning! |
