"I am saying moderate traffic will become SLOWER HEAVY TRAFFIC with the reduction of a traffic lane, WITH NO BENEFIT TO BUS RIDERS."These statements directly contradict each other in reality. Which one is true? Either there IS the traffic, or there isn't. There is absolutely no contradictions in that statement. It says exactly what it means. Now it is plainly obvious that you cannot comprehend the English language. |
