Only if we assume that all the cars are traveling a short distance. So we are basing this count on an almost certainly false premise.Especially since Allan assumes exactly the opposite: "Those in cars are likely to spend more time on Woodhaven than those in buses..." Talk about trying to have your cake and eat it, too. |
