Which would indicate re-tanking with 20 year tanks in 2013. Maybe they hedged against not getting replacements in time after the D-Line issue? I'm sure the rest of the pieces will fall into place in this saga, there always seems to be someone out there who has, as Paul Harvey used to call it, "the rest of the story" |
