Okay if ridership on SBS is down because other routes are also down, what is that saying?Ridership on the subways is at an all time high while bus ridership is declining. Clearly something or many things are wrong with the buses. It was the stated hope of the MTA that SBS would reverse that trend. If in most cases, that has not happened, how can it be considered successful? |
