I said the service would start in Allentown and run local to Phillipsburg or some place around there and then run express to Newark. If the train runs express from Phillipsburg it really couldn't match the run time of the bus? East of Lebanon that's fairly straight track. What's MAS currently and how much higher can it be brought without having to alter the physical characteristics of the ROW |
