I was going to say 25mph is okay because Queens Blvd gets horribly congested during much of the day, especially those accursed damned service roads...If they could have differential speeds (35mph on main, 20mph on service), but that would become unenforceable, and drivers would ignore them. Just figure, the streets might hold up better with the lower speeds. |
