No, he crossed the yellow line buffer, thus into the area reserved for vehicles going the other way. Where exactly do you see the operator of the vehicle "doesn't know what he's doing?"Or is it that you'd defend a bus operator no matter what he did, even if he murdered someone in cold blood? |
