I just stated I thought of it 40 years before they did. Service reliability is a separate issue from routing. One traffic light should not be a reason to not combine routes.The purpose of through routing is to reduce the number of transfers. Through routing for the B61 did not make sense because many through riders could already take the G train for that trip. There is no subway however that duplicates the 57 / 75 combination. |
