This part of the statement implies NJT still wants their $3.6M in late fees that DL noted as a BK debt back in August. In addition to likely using the new ZF axles/suspension that would cut the turning radius by 6 feet, I would venture a safe guess that NJT wants the small quad-headlight setup that the NABIs and DesignLines have and that MCI already uses on the J4500. If so, it would likely look similar to the Prevost X3-45's headlight arrangement. |
