And again, they take a major thoroughfare like Queens Boulevard, which is built with a main road for through traffic and a service road for parking and turning, a road built to accommodate more speed, and lower the speed limit an arbitrary 5 MPH, while small streets all around the city remain at 30 MPH.

NOBODY IS GOING TO DRIVE 25 MPH ON QUEENS BOULEVARD.

Bill de Blasio is the worst mayor in the history of this city. IMPEACH HIM NOW!!!
