How can traffic be congested on the Deegan? There aren't any pedestrians and the speed limit is well over 30 mph. :=) I asked what does the fact that there are no pedestrians on the Deegan and the fact that the speed limit is over 30 have to do with the Deegan being congested or not. Since you apparently can see the relationship from your comment of "seriously" why don't you explain it? |
