I feel bad for those buses on the Concourse unless they increased run times they'll never be on time because of this smhThis governor is mad with power lol smh I don't think he looked at the downside to this it seems to me that he only see's the upside which is more tickets being issued for speeders Less accidents Less deaths which is all good but I'm sure now the buses on the Concourse are packed to capacity because of longer wait times due to slower travel |
