MTA has decided to slice service by a gigantic percentage (half? more?) to a ridiculous number of locations (all non-SBS stops south of Ave U and north of Flushing) as well as ex-limited stops that did not make it to SBS status. They save money and get publicity for "improving" service. SBS is doomed to fail without solid, dependable local service, especially this particular line which continues to be unsuitable for SBS service at all. |
