Interesting, but it only confirms that MCI was smart enough to give NJT an option to ditch the DesignLine order if they so choose. Given that DesignLine is in bankruptcy and NJT is a creditor, I would think that those coaches are in legal limbo right now and MCI would have no right to take possession of them. |
