Yesterday on the M60, traffic was so badly backed up that when an M60 bus finally arrived (it was an articulated bus), the dispatcher closest to the 126 Street Depot ordered the driver to open the rear doors so that people waiting for 30 minutes or more could get on just to clear the stop since the next buses would be crush-loaded too (this bus had earlier been "put in place" to alleviate the crowds no avail---it took about 40 minutes to get from 5 Avenue to 2 Avenue). |
