I believe the MTA has phased out the fare annunciator.Red sign? do you mean the "Do Not Touch The Driver" sign? Farebox numbers and coach numbers have no relation to each other. Sometimes a hostler will write down the coach number on the farebox to make their job a little easier, but that's just for them. Are you saying the coach numbers inside and outside did not match? |
