The change in the Ad policy started in the waning years of the Goode Administration [1991], then accelerated during Rendell years.The stripe moved to the top after the Ikarus[NABI] buses arrived in 1996, and was subsequently applied to the Neoplans, AMG trolleys and the K-cars [city and suburban trolleys.]. |
