The stripe used to be in the center. I always suspected that the stripe was moved at the top with the white sides for the ads.But there are probably people who are really in the know for that here outside of my theories and fuzzy memory. I think it was a big thing when they started allowing ads too. I bet it was during the Rendell regime. |
