I'm not sure if Crosstown was open during the Grumman era.

I do remember their last night of service, the day David Gunn declared that when they pulled in for the night, they weren't coming back out the next day. I was living along the B24/29 route (maybe it was re-designated by then) around Meeker/Kingsland Avenues. I saw one on the route and it was a FP assigned bus.
