I'm not sure if Crosstown was open during the Grumman era.I do remember their last night of service, the day David Gunn declared that when they pulled in for the night, they weren't coming back out the next day. I was living along the B24/29 route (maybe it was re-designated by then) around Meeker/Kingsland Avenues. I saw one on the route and it was a FP assigned bus. |
