Yes it did.

In recent times, it became a vendor location for warranty work on New Flyers.

It is still used by The Dept. of Subways Car Equipment Division as the base for the emergency trucks. They'll respond to trains laying down and other unusual incidents.

There is somewhat of a war going on if the property will remain a TA facility. The Hipsters were promised a park some time ago and the trucks were supposed to be moved to a site near the WillyB, but for some reason this is being held up, so they remain in Greenpoint for now.
