I dont know where these rumors of buses being retired at 12 years keeps coming from because its not true.Actually, some of the MTA board documents and capital program documents have made reference to the authority wanting to get the bus replacement cycles to match the 12-year life expectancy, but they do not state this will definitely happen. |
