You're so right about what you said, however. And if the motorcycle operator's lawyer gets his hand on the TA's version of the internal accident report, don't you think much more in a financial payout will be sought after by that lawyer? I wonder how many lawyers realize that there is such a document within the TA - one that, yes, tries to pin every accident on the driver? And that the TA paper might (probably usually) differ from or contradict the police report..... |
