But they will also have to provide a van to take take a photo & sign them up.It can be done by mail. What is the alternative ... say "if you go get a disabled MC, we'll make it a monthly unlimited card" ? How are they going to stop hords of disabled from signing up for the free MC when they have no intention of using ParaTransit ? Don't know, but I'd guess that reducing the number of paratransit trips would still be a net savings. |
