What they need to do is place some limits on the types of trips. People have used access a ride to go from Tottenville to Empire City Casino in Yonkers for $1.10. That is outrageous and just taking advantage of the system. Everyone thinks it s only used for doctors appointments. You obviously do not know what you are talking about. |
