Only thing that I could honestly think of is make a new set of tracks, which would go through a newly made underground tunnel, similar to the Bergenline Ave tunnel, have a stop on Central, and then a stop at Journal Square. Maybe then continue and have a stop on Kennedy Blvd, then try to reconnect to the West Side Avenue branch...? |
