Understood, but there is some concern as to whether DesignLine can handle this volume of work. Furthermore, the MCI platform offers lower per seat cost as one can't get 57 pax seated on the DesignLine. I think the contract is bait and will be awarded to MCI in exchange for numerous diesel or hybrid-electric options. |
