What about someone who always arrives on time and leaves on time but does little or no meaningful work for their entire career. To me that is much worse than a conscientious person sneaking in late or leaving early. Most City agencies are no where as strict as the MTA when it comes to being on time. Isn't doing personal errands on work time stealing time? Yet that goes on all the time in middle management or higher. As I said they will only bother you for stealing time if they want to get you on something else.If you listen to your boss, come and leave on time, don't drink on the job, and don't sexually harass anyone, you've got it made at the TA even if you never accomplish anything. |
