On NYCTF someone saw RTS Bus #5055 with a new tailpipe and said it sounded different. I'm not sure whats going on.Since the MTA is planning to refurbish or is currently to 1999 NOVABUS RTS then maybe they should repower them with Cummins ISL engine as well. |
