The Gillig Phantoms they had at the time were the 40ft: 1300s (100), 1400s (85), 1500s (35), 35ft: 2000s (50), 40ft: 2600s (52), 2700s (61), and the 2800s (60).The Neoplan AN-440A were the 1200s (61). The New Flyers were D60: 1800s (30) & 1900s (30), 35ft: 2400s (30) and the 40ft 2500s (78). The Flyer D-901s were a total of 249 buses but were all retired by 1993. All of the 30ft buses now are all Vanhool A300Ks, by November 2010 the 60ft buses will also be all Vanhools unless ACT wise-up and buy from another bus manufacturer. The only 40ft buses now are NABIs and Vanhools and the Vanhools are pushing the NABIs out. |
