Of course, the multiple labels also means that real estate brokers selling homes off Union Turnpike can now truthfully claim that their properties are served by five express routes (QM1,5,6,7,8) instead of just two routes (QM1,1A). Maybe THAT was the motivator?I hadn't thought thought of that aspect, and I doubt it motivated MTA. But I certainly see validity in real estate brokers making that claim to secure sales! |
