I highly doubt Orion would use a cheaper material as the side panels have to be rated at a certain level (crash worthiness) and also the fact that there is no "different" material to use - it's either Aluminum and fiberglass in one thickness - changing that would likely mean some design issues.However, yes I notice the NG's do protrude a bit more at the rear, maybe that does have a impact on the situation you describe. Out of curiosity, what does this "body damage" look like? |
