Get real.Are you saying it's OK to do it to a man and not a woman? Do you expect these thugs to check first to see what gender the operator is before letting it loose? Earlier today I expressed the fear of an operator getting hurt. Tragically it happened and it probably wasn't even dark outside yet. Then if all the drivers pulled in over fear of their safety or all booked off sick en-masse NYCT would cite them for Taylor Law violations. Let the blood be on union and management for not moving fast enough in getting those safety barriers to protect the operators. Now she goes on workmans compensation, some other person covers her run, and the incident becomes a statistic and all is forgotten. |
