Believe me, if NYCT even hinted at anything like scrapping the vintage bus fleet, many, many, many, people would show up with suitcases full of money willing to pay beyond market value for those gems.

Somehow I doubt that. More than likely, a lot of people would be upset about it but Nimco would still come out the high bidder on all but about two of them.
